The role is responsible for initiating and leading the planning, development and execution of marketing, advertising initiatives, public relations, and corporate social responsibility to achieve the overall business goals.
Job Description
Collaborate with the Management in setting and driving the Branding, Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) strategies aligning with organizational visions.
Develop actionable strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term Company objectives.
Initiate and implement guidelines for corporate communication and branding for uniform creative delivery and communication.
Drive and manage the overall brand-building and image of the Company delivering marketing strategy, effective public relation management and utilize media and digital platform innovations.
Responsible for annual CSR, Branding and Communication Budget every year, based on business goal and competitors’ actions.
Ensure all events are planned and executed corresponding to the annual Branding, Corporate Communications and CSR strategy.
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of the team.
Develop content to promote brand, new products, and services.
Be responsible for designing, developing content, and updating the website, communication materials, social media pages, LinkedIn, and others of the Company for both internal and external stakeholders
Write and edit messages/drafts/speeches for the Management for various channels (intranet, email, town halls, articles, and others).
Ensure spokespeople are well briefed and trained to deliver key messages.
Oversee advertising and promotional activities, including print and digital platform.
Make visuals for both internal and external communication including greeting cards, greeting notes, social media posts, Company merchandises (Diary, Calendar, Pen, Mug, etc.), occasional Gift Hampers.
Drive customer insights and initiate market research.
Maintain liaison with stakeholders, PR agency, publications, electronic media, journalists, and others for zero negative news publications.
Our Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or in Marketing
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in brand management and corporate communication
Able to use photoshop and illustrator
Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organizing skills.
Good communication (verbal and written) skills in both Bangla and English
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
