Our clients and partners include large-cap tech companies, financial institutions, public sector agencies and intergovernmental organizations.
Front Desk Officer will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving, and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
Job Description
  • Greet visitors by welcoming and maintain visitor’ logbook
  • Ensure the front desk is organized in a perfect manner
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain office supplies, including stationery and pantry supplies
  • Maintain updated directory of contact details
  • Assist the HR department regarding interviews, joining formalities
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or take messages and deliver them
  • Ensure all employees, external stakeholders and other guests follow health and hygiene protocols.
  • Keep records of Office Assistants / Messengers time schedule
  • Manage day-to-day correspondence with service vendors
Our Desired Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as front desk representative or relevant position
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Able to use office equipment like fax machine, printer, scanner and others
