The incumbent shall be responsible for developing data-driven reward plan and smothering HR operations.
Job Description
  • Provide insight as per market standard and industry practice and propose benefit plans to furnish proper recognition as well as develop accordingly.
  • Work with managers of various functions to identify KPIs and ensure measuring employees’ performance, based on assigned KPIs.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective running of the payroll.
  • Ensure employee lifecycle starting from on-boarding to off-boarding and maintain proper documentation.
  • Implementation & continues improvement of HRIS.
  • Ensure accurate and real time update of database, organogram, process, policies, forms, reports, modules, presentation, communication materials and HR analytics.
  • Ensure compliance of the Company’s practices with applicable labour legislation and collective labour agreements.
  • Work together with the Human Resources team to develop and implement policies / SOPs and ensure process efficiency.
Our Desired Profile
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in relevant field
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR / Finance/ Accounting is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and focus on excellence in execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Critical problem-solving ability and effective logical reasoning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to summarize findings, create reports effectively.
